I get what you are saying. However, they were on a party earlier this year to have them all filed and approved. It wasn't until a second accounting firm found that Laws was embezzling the little bit of money the company had. I am fairly certain that the SEC has extended that period once the fillings were found to be fraudulent

Adair, as much as I dislike the lack of information, did started that they are getting the fillings complete in the announcement Friday. I am sure the SEC was probably awaiting guidance as well.
