I don’t doubt this is a great company but management had a golden opportunity to right the ship, and they just fucked it up. I emailed them about this a few days ago and they didn’t say a word about the R/S and I asked specifically about it. My hope would be to let the R/S expire but they have to use it to get to Nasdaq. I hate to say it but it’s true.
