PRs were finalized well before 12/19/2019 per notice of company, which then polled investors as to when release would be preferred -- pre-market or after opening 12/23/2019. Although some holders asked for immediate release, cooler heads suggested that any release during tax selling season would have limited effect, even be met with a jaundiced eye by investors doing end-of-year portfolio window dressing, thus blunting the effect.

Not only would release in December have limited impact, it would squander possibly quite valuable information on an AXXA community not fully paying attention, out of their offices or preoccupied with holiday matters. Combining the 2 PRS already finalized with news of a nearly completed acquisition/contract would maximize impact after the new year.

Makes sense from a practical standpoint.
