Yeah, the first red flag was all the dilution. As soon as the company took every dollar off the table, and I mean literally every dollar.

Second red flag is the Pr that the current CEO resigns and a new CEO is named? Yeah, cause this happens often during Mergers.

And now you guys think this deals still going through? Cmon now, I hate to say this since I’m invested, but once that deal falls apart, there will be so many complaints this will likely go grey.

And the CEO who spearheaded this whole scam would have already moved on.
