Where did you get this info from? This CEO can't even take a few god damn pictures or Video but he's there slaving 12 hour days? LOL OK! Words come cheaply in OTC. I doubt if he or his friends have a contractors license or the equipment. If workers were there doing 12 hours days then we would be talking when it would be done because it would have been completed long ago. I doubt if he has even broken a sweat on that property less alone doing 12 hours days there but we can pretend.
