"The harvested hemp roots have a sheath around them that is very easy to peel off making cleaning much easier. The first picture is of the roots before washing, the second after washing and removal of the vellum or sheath, the third is the dried sheath.

The roots contain many beneficial compounds that are not in or much reduced in the above ground portion of the plant. These roots are destined for tea.

Exploring the unique compounds in the roots and the sheath. Sending samples out of both the roots and the covering for a complete analysis of the compounds, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and such. Should have the results in January.
