That was my bad. Sorry!! It is an 8.2 Mn revenue company with 41 employees. Also, Joseph Kristul is the President & CEO of both HCTI and NanoTech Industries. If HCTI is a shell, Kristul can easily bring this NanoTech Industries into the shell. It will be a win-win situation.
