Lazar doesn’t have to have anything to do with the debt, it is attached to the corporation and not the individual. The custodianship of the shell does not erase its financial condition, and I expect there wasn’t a lot of investigation done to select this one. Found a board with his name on it, and it looks like he’s a regular shell hijacker, but none of the companies seem to last beyond a spike in the PPS... why is that?

LOL!!!

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC because apparently you can.
