Life might’ve happened lol, but I’m sure they are MORE than motivated to come back and strive for the top. This is a binding LOI with a penalty $500K if either party backs out.. they were able to convince such a company involved with NASA & the US military that they are the right choice; it’s a 8K. Official SEC Document.

I am 1000000% confident this merger will go through.
