If no one believed the fluff PR's, it never would have spiked!

Shells only go up because people believe the PR's. Companies lie, investors believe them, stock goes up (usually briefly).

Once in a while an honest PR is released about a company's good intentions and things don't go as planned. That's covered by the disclosure at the bottom of every PR.

But most pinky CEO's (every one I've invested in, anyway) knowingly lied in PR's, and that is NOT covered or allowed.
