WPUR is an Non-Reporting OTC Shell. So it does not need to report anything unless something happens! This is very normal situation for any Non-Reporting OTC stock! When something suddenly happens here you would see the Penny Land very quickly based on its FIXED Tiny float available for trading history...

If any investor wants to make money here then he/she has to buy WPUR shares at current ridiculous low basement price levels now!
