If Tecco puts out an official announcement that they're working on updating filings with the SEC and when they might be completed, I wouldn't be surprised to see pennies shortly after. Some concern this might be LAHO 2.0. All Imo anyways.

Does anyone know - once the deal is completed, do previous financials from PCTI become public? Could be a huge indicator of PPS and what is to come after the official takeover.
