I am not defending the Company... I only stated facts.
Corrado has what to gain by further diluting? He promised not to and will be ousted if he does. The share value can't handle further dilution and remain on a senior exchange.

I was at the last Annual and listened to shareholders who have lost 95% of their investments (in the hundreds of thousands of dollars) or put another way, their retirement savings are gone.

Do I feel that the company has done well by their shareholders? No.
This company is no longer Goldspring. You and I are not the same.

The economics of the situation are different than in the past.
MCU, the Fund, the sale of Lucerne, this is not the company you think you know.

My job is not to educate you... you are responsible for your own due diligence. If you choose to live in yesteryear... that's up to you.

The company has transformed. It can help repair those who have been hurt in the past that remain shareholders... how much is to be seen but shareholder value is about to go up.

You will see... I don't need to defend. 2020 will prove all this out.
