You cannot read through the court documents and legitimately come to that conclusion unless you believe the monitor and the judge have committed the worst bankruptcy fraud ever (at least in the top 3).
SMH... what hogwash. One by one it’ll be figured out, the court documents will be read by folks who were fed only words, letters, snippets, and online resumes, and the lesson will be learned. If there’d been any sort of corporate re-organization during the proceedings, it would have to be (and would have been) very well documented.
