Only safe and smart way to play this is to chase pps IF/when a contract is signed, announced, and money changed hands. Full disclosure, I lost all of my investment in this and also a friend I told about this. I don’t think he’s a conman and I also don’t think he’s a businessman. Other Hulk is accurate in his explanations that’s undeniable. However, this tech will also be undeniable....once some company ACTUALLY pays for it.
