Looking at this SEC filing, I don't see how the ERHE purchase could be accurately reported....

You're correct, it WAS a Saturday - but a scan of trading activity for the weeks surrounding 9/30 show the price range for ERHE never approached the $0.425 price listed on the Form 5.

In early September, ERHE did hit a high of .42 several times - but never .425.

Something isn't right here, Rocky.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
