Exactly. Even if they fully dilute the OS to 250m shares, this stock is still oversold by a factor of 5, by my calculations. And on that subject, further dilution would no doubt bring even more revenue generating acquisitions, further increasing the value. There just isn't any downside for a long hold, imo.
