Trd, how the warrants work are theyre set for a certain price but have an anti-dilution provision where they would be priced @ the lowest sale price. So if they were originally priced @ $1, sale price now @ .0001 they would have the conversion rate of .0001 now. How that increases the warrant amounts is those warrants were given a value by the amount of warrants and price. So 50,000 warrants @ $1 equal out to $50,000. Now with the anti-dilution provision, that would now need to be .0001 shares equaling out to $50,000. Now those 50,000 warrants now equal out to 500,000,000 shares. Same with the preferred, had a set price to convert @. But having the anti dilution provision in, they can convert @ .0001.

Only way to kill this would be to let the price rise, which would equate out to lower warrants and preferred conversion amounts. They know this and that is why they keep it here. Only thing keeping this down is management allowing the preferred going off. Stop that for 2 months and see where this hits, easily above .01.
