Phil N. of the Marketwatch division of the SEC called me back this morning from DC after i left a lengthy message yesterday. He was very kind and sincerely thanked me for my complaint about PYPR.pk and the mm's actions. He said that any time a legitimate complaint was filed that it was sent to the enforcement division, that there was 3-4 guys that specifically overlooked the PinkSheet stocks. He also told me that no matter what these guys decide to do about this that he wouldn't be told and i probably wouldn't be either, but assured me that through complaints like this that flags were raised. Occasionally, he said, one of those enforcement guys will call either him or the investors to get either further info on the case at hand or just solidify the record. He said the best way for other pypr investors to keep the SEC informed on these issues is to call the 1800number as i did or even better, to email them at Help@Sec.Gov. Phil said the SEC doesn't play the numbers game, in other words it's not the number of calls that truly gets their attention as they get many illigitimate calls from "investors groups" etc....but he said if anyone DOES have a legitimate 1st hand complaint that they should definitely put in an email or call. He assured me the flag has been raised... (but maybe only half-mast here) So guys here is your chance if you feel sure you were made a fool of "clever" MM manipulation. EMail these guys and let them know what's up. He did stress only call/email if the claim is legitimate. He also said if you go onto the SEC website click on litigations and then at top right there is a search window. You may type in "market manipulation" "Pypr" or whatever you like and it will let you know what complaints involving the searched-for words have become public. Again if you have plausible/legitimate complaints i urge you to email/call SEC and let your voice be heard. Any other questions...feel free. I think i included most of what he said.
