I agree with you that he doesn't need another PR if the company is shutting down. But. come on Vegas, this is a pump. He may be preparing for yet another RS or sell more shares. That would be the only reason to keep the company alive.
This is an actual question, do you know if anyone is using this engine or generators anywhere? at least one?
