Half empty

Maybe things are not as ready to roll as some people have been suggesting.



Half full.

A solar manufacturing plant which requires NO FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS from QMC is being build using QDX dots, which QMC will be receiving royalties on, but until then QMC is supplying technological assistance in set up and evelopement.



A half filled glass is much better than a completely empty one.
