Logical argument?

Congo/Magpi get full credit - I'm summarizing:

1. In order to comply with a 2006 court ruling in United States v. Philip Morris USA, Inc., et al.,[16] Philip Morris (and all other cigarette companies) is now prevented from using words such as "Lights", "Ultra-Lights", "Medium", "Mild", or any similar designation that may yield an impression of being safer than regular full flavored cigarettes. Thus Marlboro and other cigarette companies use only color-coding instead; for example, Marlboro Lights are now called Marlboro Gold Pack.

2. Our cigs were renamed from VLN, to MoonLight during the application review... that we're even allowed the word light, is HUGE considering its ban in 2006

3. The end game of XXII has always been to license its tech/seeds to big tobacco... could it be that big tobacco could use the word "light" in some way if they willingly adopt our cigs?

4. That we're even allowed the word light implies we get the MRTP app. approved, too

5. I'll add, in case Trump doesn't get reelected and then Hahn/Azar are removed from posts, they'll see this through before November...
