Yes, he may be getting mad about the way you have pointed out the bylaws. But stating this company is a scam and fraud is just not right for shareholders and the pancreatic cancer patients that could have a hopeful cure.

I still believe that all those great physicians would not be with this company if it was a scam. It makes no sense to me that they would have been with the company for all these years, just to put their reputation on the line at their age.
