Help . This is my only US OTC stock and this rights offering doesn’t look like the ones I have seen in Asia. Question...is it normal for rights not to be transferrable or for non US Canada shareholders not to receive cash. I would always take up or sell my rights but this seems to be aimed at US and Canadians ....is my reading correct ?
That aside this is a smart approach as all US and Canada shareholders and PXP are treated the same so no basis for any legal action by Irish but seems non US Canada shareholders are in a worse position

any comments ?
