TO BECOME FULLY REPORTING
CONROE, TEXAS, December 19, 2019 (OTC Disclosure & News Service) – Custom Protection Services Inc.
(OTC:CSPS) would like to inform shareholders that it has commenced the process to become a fully reporting
issuer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). This is a voluntary filing is subject to SEC
review and when effective will designate Custom Protection Services Inc. (‘the Company’) as an SEC reporting
company pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Management has already
drafted the Form 10-12G, appointed an SEC approved auditor and legal counsel. .

State of Delaware to cancel its preferred shares and reduce the authorized common shares from 699,999,999 down
to 250,000,000.
