I've seen many stocks with 1+B O/S move to over a penny a share. They also ran like wildfire, so can $FLES and it will. TT-CM is one example. Check it out as proof.

There are $9M in revenues being generated, albeit not bieng profitable at this time. The company goal is to be profitable in 12-18 months. It's coming, this is a new company, hasn't been a year since the merger yet. Give it time, it's all coming together.
