When PTOI tried to process some plastic from Madison County, it fouled the machine, taking them off-line for clean-out. They had to pay to haul away the rest of the 'free' plastic to the landfill.

When Madison County put out an RFP for Plastic to Oil machines, Heddle didn't even bother responding with a proposal.
