My first career was as a partner with KPMG. Since then, I have been assisting companies from a CFO perspective in all aspects of business operations. I am now expanding these consulting skills into a new field to keep myself busy while doing work that I enjoy. I have joined Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty in its Commercial Department.

This new activity, while supplementing my accounting consulting activities as a CPA, will consume a lot of my time. I believe the tremendous experience I accumulated over the years as a practicing CPA lends itself well to the challenges of putting commercial real estate transactions together.

This should bode well for any institutional investors who are interested in backing Payless’ expansion plan. Also opens the doors to very large financing opportunities.
