Where are those most recent Hundreds Of Millions shares of 0.0016 ~ 0.0003 buyers now? Why didn't they Slap out all the Dirt Cheap 0.0002s to average down their cost bases in order to trigger any potential Quick bounce?

Otherwise PUGE (1.2B ~ 1B shares Huge OS) will soon crash to 0 (i.e. "no bid at all") x 0.0001 as its peer ACTL did (with measly 350M ~ 300M shares FIXED Tiny float and 699M shares FIXED Tiny OS)...
