So you do not want the company to do better and grow?
It takes time and money for a company to continue as overhead and product development are not free.
I have never seen a fake PR, maybe somethings did not go as some would like but it is not fake, just did not go as foreseen.
But I do not scam anyone and again if you order a machine, you get it and it works.
