Exactly, why is he? I think he may like being the Rocket Man who brought this company through adversity and into a "leading powerhouse" of a company. He will then expect pats on the back, and it'll all be worth it for him.
But if you're pessimistic, then he's the con-artist fraudster who gets his kicks off ripping people off. Somehow I don't think he is this.
