Great another Long-timer here. So last year really told us that Bishop is kind of a "All or Nothing" OTC ceo.

When he shines it's fantastical, and when he goes below radar it's painfully hopeless.

What I like here now is that communications have picked up since September, and PPS is lagging behind. So a POP should be in the cards come Q1 2020.
