I like what I see here but am confused about the SS. Can someone please explain what I'm not understanding here. I thought if the Transfer Agent Badge was next to the number that meant that the number was verified on that date. However, the ADSV site says its stale dated. What am I not understanding here?

Is the AS 10 Billion or not?
