I think you guys are overthinking this thing.

Total combined shares prior to the merger 85.3M
Total shares after the merger 48.0M

Looks like a 1.78:1 reverse split to me.

Of course where the post-merger stock price goes is for the market to decide. Given the synergies of the merger, this looks like easy money and I'm long both MNLO and FOMX.
