I'd suggest contacting PWC to verify your information but I've already mention as much ...

PWC did not contact FINRA or any authorities like the SEC..etc. to suspend the CUSIP.

When you contact PWC they will inform you that they had no authority or the courts(both usa and Canadian) permission to delete/suspend/remove/cancel the stock/ticker or cusip!!

But thanks for the opinion proven false by a simple phone call
