FEC Resources owns 6.8% of Forum Energy

PXP Energy currently owns 54.99% of FEC Resources and therefore owns 3.74% of Forum Energy.

Presumably only PXP Energy will participate in the rights offering and will own 78.57% of FEC Resources when that is complete. FEC Resources will, therefore, own 5.34% of Forum Energy. They will pay $1,012,500.


PXP Energy is purchasing 1.6% of Forum Energy for $1,012,500. In December 2017 PXP Energy paid $300,000 for 1.23% of Forum Energy.
