Upfront means what the monitor explained in their report, and I said nothing else about it other than to point out, again, the judge described the outcome of the EXCEPTIONAL liquidation in the same report that EXCEPTIONAL has been plucked from and fixated on. Recommend reading the rest of that order, it is a great read for the first time ever and will clear up the "misunderstanding" about the company's current status. Avoid getting hung up on individual words, though, read them all in context.
