I meant to post this yesterday to refute the comments of birdman and for those handing on to his words. I hope he has moved on.
From the PR Monday "We also do not take lightly the fact that we are delinquent in filing our 2019 third quarter 10-Q. Our intent is to file our 10-Q as soon as practicable and we are discussing the best course of action in this regard".
