What was the reason for auditing the financial statements this time? The auditing is a nice step in the right direction, but we don't know exactly what the reason was. Unless I missed something?

Maybe they are looking for a loan. Maybe they are looking for a buyer to take over the company. I really want to see them get bought by a large corporation, like Ford.
