KMLGF: effective Dec. 19,2019 Pembina Pipeline Corporation ("Pembina") (Symbol: PPL) acquired all of the issued and outstanding restricted voting shares of Kinder Morgan ("Kinder Morgan Shares") pursuant to a plan of arrangement. Holders of Kinder Morgan Shares are entitled to receive 0.3068 of a Pembina common share for each Kinder Morgan Share held.
