Imo, at the end of the day management and especially Doug is to blame for the mess Andrea is in.

I even have serious doubts whether a win in the Apple suit would provide any solace.

Mind you, Andrea has contracts in place (won lawsuits) against HP, Lenovo, Samsung etc. Not exactly small companies.

Despite of the above, revenues remain poor, very poor indeed.

Imo, Andrea is a dead man walking.

Thanks Doug, we all now that you gave it your best. Too bad that everyone, except you, saw it coming many moons ago. Guess you didn't have a valid alternative. Let's be honest, which company would have given you such an exorbitant salary and bonuses given your very poor track record?
