Based on the old info. The 14+B shares were restricted for Ibeto to keep his 6+ Billion company from an easy take over

The other suspended tickers WSML and AXMP are still grey with nothing seemingly in the works. Wsml hit 50 cents with its 9-10 billion issued shares. Axmp hit like 30 plus cents with its share count

Olico posted long ago that the float was 26M even with all the billions issued shares. Seems not to have changed
