will forward this one more time so it might get its due. would be interested to buy a zone (florida) to seed money. we would have to have a product ready to use and they need to get the funds to do it.i am retireing in june.want to actually retool to something am interested in. small houses and their newer communities are a real thing now...tommorow cannot say.an aging population and simpler plans make this a sign of the times....again for now.making a franchise split of territories would start this NOW. figure what would it take to get from point a to b and divide the needed money into franchise fees with an availability rider attached.want to sell this and believe it can and is a great alternative to a glutted overpriced building market.. at least here.was not fooling before and actually still see value in it for ecuador too. but roll up your sleeve and make a plan john!
