no, it doesn't. VIVK was the subject of a paid promo today, which Matt does periodically to suck in naive investors.

the claims about oil recovery are just more in a long list of failed attempts by Slickosia to fool the public into thinking he has a viable business, when it's nothing but smoke and mirrors.

the guy is a sociopath with no conscience.
