Maybe he'll issue a control block like he did with the large o/s of TRDX and cancel most of the preferred shares. I think he only kept class A preferred from my memory and cancelled b,c,d,e...

But this is a whole different story. I have no idea what happens with a death of the CEO, his son (the treasurer) is in control? Nothing is being dealt with. All affiliated companies ceased business from what I can tell.
