What’s unique about our therapy is looking back at the earlier clinical trials, patients that had stage 4 metastatic pancreatic cancer had their tumors go from inoperable to operable

Pancreatic stage 4 requires Metastasis according to the ACS. Well out of of 27 patients, Lohr scored 17 with no metastasis, and 5 with insufficient information to stage (e.g. "Mx").

At no point in the Lohr paper, did Lohr claim all patients with a M1 value had their tumors go from inoperable to operable. In fact Lohr never claimed any of his patients were operable. Instead the patient with the most tumor reduction Lohr singled out, was Patient 2-4, with a 47% reduction - still unlikely operable. That patient Lohr had graded as M0 - or no metastasis. As in not Stage 4. To wrap... there were only 5 Stage 4 patients. Of those only 1 lasted longer than 29 weeks. And there's no way in hay the one who only lasted 6 weeks had their tumor shrunk down to operable. Much less any of the others.
