Sorry, but that's all a crock. They didn't sell ICTV to, wait for it, themselves, they sold everything that ICTV owns to themselves leaving ICTV with absolutely nothing. The debt they "paid" was also owed to themselves, so there was nothing to it. ICTV now owns nothing and has no business whatsoever and it is very likely the business they took with them to their newly created LLC was quite viable. Now, shareholders, or rather the bagholders of ICTV, appear to have been left in their dust.
Shareholders should be looking very closely at what this deal was for, really looks like they got the shaft.
