“Penny stock scammers don't go through this much trouble to steal investors money just to turn around and give it back.”

“Penny stock scammers” usually go completely dark after suspension, which is not the case here. They have nothing to gain by communicating with investors, yet, they continue to do so. Would have been a lot easier for them to stay silent..
