Agree with you and Macod too. However, the struggle dramatically intensified with the election of AMLO and Manual Bartlett being in charge of CFE. We are back to the bad old days before energy reform where CFE and Pemex control everything and the culture of corruption blocks those not offering to satisfy the "rent seeking" behavior of those institutions and the "deep state" individuals inside them. Look for a buyout if there is any significant vesting of entitlements, since major pipeline companies already invested in Mexico have so much more to satisfy this behavior with CFE and Pemex.
