With the government in need of rare earths for weapons and modern devices in need of rare earths and with the USA wanting to get released from depending on China who is getting more belligerent by the day because they produce 80% of the worlds supply TMRC is a no brainer, TMRC stated they aren't waiting around for a government grant, which they will get, to get the processing plant up and running, full steam ahead, Round Top has a 400 year supply of rare earths. What's there not to like about TMRC's future?
